Shaina Zeiger, LMT Hi, I’m Shaina Zeiger, LMT #28886. I studied massage therapy at East West College of the Healing Arts here in Portland, Oregon. In my work, I pull from a variety of modalities, including myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and craniosacral therapies, to craft a session unique to you. I tend to work slowly and deeply, because I feel that that this approach encourages the nervous system to let go, allowing deep effective work in. It also enables fascia to change shape, allowing movement into new space the fascia had been restricting. CANCELLATIONS If cancellation is necessary, clients must provide 24 hours advance notice. If 24 hours advance notice is not given, the client will be charged the full price of the missed session. Exceptions to this may be made in the event of an emergency or illness at the therapist’s discretion.
