Wild Foliage Massage & Botanicals

This gathering invites us to greet the autumn season with the therapeutic vibrations of singing bowls and mantra. The sound field becomes an opportunity to release energies no longer in alignment and to cultivate space for new growth, clarity, and manifestation.

Please come prepared for comfort in a lying-down position. Bring a yoga mat or (quiet) camping pad, along with pillows and blankets. The space will be cozy and intimate, offering a supportive environment for deep rest and renewal.

Alison is a yoga instructor, dream analyst, coach, artist, author, and sound healer whose work bridges the worlds of creativity, healing, and spiritual insight. She brings a deep respect for ancient traditions into modern practice, helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom through body, breath, sound, and dreamwork.
Her sound baths are rooted in the yogic perspective of harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. Nada yoga—“union through sound”—is at the heart of her practice, with mantra as a living thread of this ancient lineage. Alison studied nada yoga in Nepal and has since woven mantra and sound healing together with the resonant tones of brass and quartz singing bowls, creating sonic experiences that are both grounding and expansive.
